Artist's Comments

I just love painting horses.
Trade with =DarkAngel613613, this would be her gelding Roland. I hope there are no major mistakes and that you're pleased with this!
Not sure if I fully like the kitsch-esque feeling this came out with, but it has it's own appeal.

Edit: fixed some proportion issues.

Lovely work! I think the part of the head above the eyes may be a little too large, but otherwise you have done a lovely job!

I think it would be great if you added more detail to the lower part of the image, such as the belly and chest/legs/rump, as well as add the hintings of a tail. But really, it is a lovely, simplistic image with good focus. Well done!

Thank you very much!
Yeah, I think you're right about the forehead, gotta fix that - also the detail seem to be packed all to the head as you said, so that too. Thanks for pointing that out. I'm happy you like it.

Not a problem! I love to see beautiful equine art, and this is no exception!

I love the shapes of the horse and those soft colors. Looks sweet <3

Tää on nätti~ Tykkään hyvin paljon hepan päästä ja kuvan väreistä.
Minun silmiini vain hevosen kroppa näyttää jotenkin lyhyeltä/pieneltä.

Mutta sää osaat~

This turned out beautifully.... And I do like the way you've given the image subtle focus.

And as always, I love that blue background.

The horse appears so soft and realistic! Great stuff =D

Extinction is more than the end of something with a long run in the past. Extinction is murdering everything that would have evolved from that species in the future.
